Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and we'll adjust your billing accordingly. This ensures you get the full value of your current month's credit allocation.
Do credits expire?
Unused credits roll over month-to-month, but expire after 3 months from when they were allocated. For example, credits from January's allocation will expire at the end of March. This ensures you have flexibility while encouraging regular use of your monthly allocation.
